In Polish cuisine, it is mainly used for meats, sausages, sausages, delicatessen, vegetable dishes and soups. Thanks to it we get a wonderful aroma. It is worth remembering that under the influence of high temperature its valuable properties die. For a sore throat and a runny nose, drink warm milk daily with the addition of honey, lemon juice and two crushed garlic cloves. This drink is a rapidly acting remedy for this type of ailment. For people who very often have a sore throat, it is recommended to eat a sandwich once a week with butter and two crushed garlic cloves, coarsely sprinkled with green parsley. This is the easiest way to eat garlic.
And it's worth drinking a cup of warm milk with honey. Garlic treatments: Milky specific - add a crushed clove of garlic, 3 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of butter to a warm cup of milk. Mix everything together and drink warm. When we feel that it breaks our bones and the cold or flu is close, it is worth drinking 3 times a day milk formula. Lemon specificity - 1-2 cloves of garlic should be peeled and cut into cubes. Then mix with a few drops of lemon juice and a small amount of honey. Such a specific drug used once a day is an effective remedy for colds. A clove of garlic - hold in your mouth for at least 15 minutes and then eat it. It can help with common colds, sore throats, sinuses and headaches. Garlic juice - 2 drops of fresh garlic juice are instilled in the nose. This treatment is used 3 times a day, it is effective for colds. Garlic syrup - toss 12 peeled and crushed garlic cloves into ½ liter of boiled lukewarm water. Add the juice of 2 or 3 lemons and mix thoroughly. This mixture should be stored in the fridge. Drink one tablespoon before meals, 2-3 times a day. Garlic tincture - put into sliced 3-4 cloves of garlic into do cup of boiled lukewarm water. Mix and leave overnight.
With this tincture, you can rinse your teeth - it is used in gum disease. This tincture can also be drunk - it is recommended for gastrointestinal diseases, especially in acute diarrhea and for controlling parasites (pinworms, roundworms, tapeworms). In the case of parasites, a treatment lasting several weeks is necessary, and this garlic tincture should be drunk on an empty stomach.

Leave for 2 weeks at room temperature. Then strain and drink a few teaspoons a day. Such a mixture is helpful in the treatment of respiratory infections and other internal diseases, as well as in the fight against parasites. A way to smell characteristic garlic Unfortunately, after eating garlic through the lungs and skin, a characteristic smell comes out. Unfortunately, mint chewing gum or brushing your teeth here will not help. You can deal with this problem by chewing green parsley or coffee beans, or by drinking milk or kefir right after eating a dish with garlic.
