Pork neck stewed in wine with prunes

Ingredients for pork neck stewed in wine:
4-5 slices of pork neck
1 cup of red semi-sweet wine
1 clove of garlic
a little water
1 cinnamon stick
6 dried plums, cut into quarters
flour for coating
1 tbsp oil
salt pepper

1. Cut a clove of garlic in half, rub the meat thoroughly with it. Then season the meat with salt and pepper, coat in flour. Warm up the oil in a frying pan, throw in a clove of garlic, fry chops on both sides to brown (about 4 minutes on each side).

2. Put the meat with fat and garlic into the pot, pour the wine, throw a clove of garlic and plum, bring to a boil. We reduce the fire, add enough water to cover the meat and stew under cover for about 40 minutes.

3. Put the meat on a plate, throw away the garlic and cinnamon stick. We reduce the sauce strongly, put the cutlets back into the pot and mix. Serve with potato dumplings or potatoes. Bon Appetit! :)
